This policy explains how personal data is processed when you use the price calculator or contact us to request a quote and arrange an insurance policy.

2. How the calculator works

The calculator runs directly in your browser. The information entered in its fields, including engine capacity, insurance period and phone number, is used locally to display an estimate and prepare a message for WhatsApp or Viber.

The form does not automatically send this information to our server, and the website does not save it in a database. If you close the page without sending a message through a contact channel, we do not receive your enquiry.

3. Personal data we may receive

We may receive personal data needed to prepare a quote or issue a policy when you choose to send it to us, for example through:

  • WhatsApp or Viber;
  • phone calls or SMS;

Our hosting provider may automatically process standard technical data, such as IP address, access date and time, requested page, browser type and error information. This data is used for security, operation and technical diagnostics.

At the time of this update, the website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other analytics or advertising tools that install tracking code on the pages.

We use Google Search Console to obtain aggregated information about how the website appears in Google Search, such as impressions, clicks and search queries. Search Console does not require tracking code to be installed on the website's pages.

The website does not intentionally set analytics or marketing cookies. External services opened through links may use their own technologies and policies.

8. How long we keep data
