The website AsigurareAutoNumereStraine.MD is operated by WVP-ASIG-SERV SRL, an insurance agent in the Republic of Moldova, CNPF Licence No. AAJ00044, Tax Identification Number 1004601002211, with its office at 90 București Street, 5th Floor, Office 4, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.

These terms govern the use of this website and its insurance quote request service. Please read them before submitting an enquiry.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website's services.

2. Purpose of the website and our role

The website provides information and helps visitors request insurance quotes for foreign-registered vehicles driven in the Republic of Moldova.

WVP-ASIG-SERV SRL acts as an insurance agent in the Republic of Moldova under an agency agreement with GRAWE CARAT Asigurări S.A. The website does not automatically issue insurance policies or conclude insurance contracts. A final quote and policy issuance are possible only after the information has been verified and applicable requirements have been met.

3. Using the calculator and submitting an enquiry

The calculator runs directly in your browser and displays an estimate based on your selections. Filling in the fields does not automatically send information to our server or create an enquiry.

We receive an enquiry only if you choose a contact channel and actually send a message through WhatsApp, Viber, phone or email.

4. Your responsibilities

When requesting a quote, you agree to:

  • provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information;
  • have the right to request insurance for the vehicle concerned;
  • check the information and documents before confirming policy issuance;
  • avoid using the website for illegal, fraudulent or abusive activities;
  • avoid attempts to compromise the website's security, availability or operation.

We may refuse or suspend the processing of an incomplete, inconsistent or suspicious enquiry, or one that does not meet legal requirements or the insurer's conditions.

5. Price estimates and final quotes

The price displayed by the calculator is indicative only. It is not a binding contractual offer, confirmation that the insurer has accepted the risk, or a guarantee that a policy will be issued.

The final quote is determined after your information and documents have been checked, according to the rates, terms and rules applicable at the time of issuance. If the website estimate differs from the final quote communicated after verification, the final quote applies.

6. Policy issuance and verification

The RCA insurance policy is issued only after full payment has been received. Coverage begins at the time specified in the insurance contract.

Before your policy is issued, carefully check the date you want your insurance coverage to begin.

Upon receiving your policy, please check the name, vehicle details, coverage period, geographical coverage and other information. Report any errors immediately, before using the policy, so they can be reviewed and corrected where permitted.

Once issued and in force, the policy cannot be cancelled simply at the customer's request, except where permitted by law. Any withdrawal or early termination is subject to the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

7. Payments

Available payment methods are communicated with the final quote. Payments should only be made using the official instructions and payment details provided by our team.

The website does not collect or store bank card details. Any fees, currency conversion or processing times may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

8. Communication by phone, WhatsApp, Viber and email

By initiating an enquiry and providing your contact details, you agree that we may contact you through your chosen channel or another channel you have provided, solely to prepare a quote, clarify information, arrange payment, issue and deliver a policy, or handle your enquiry.

Providing a phone number does not, by itself, constitute consent to unrelated promotional communications.

10. External services and links
